Connected AI Services gives every workspace 26 routing slots, from invoice extraction to the chat agent to call transcription, each with its own provider and model. Keys are stored encrypted per workspace, tested for health, and every call is written to a usage ledger by feature, person and agent. When a better model ships, you change a dropdown.

Agents read skills before they act. Skills have a version history.

A skill is a document: instructions, attached reference files, the tools it may use and the API keys it needs. Sixty-nine ship with Cooper, from card reconciliation to submittal review to payroll, and every workspace can write its own. Each edit is a numbered revision with who changed it and why, whether that was a person, an agent, or the auditor that keeps them honest.

Scope

Project-scoped work starts with ccr_process_project. Global audits use

ccr_list_reconciliations with reconciliationStatus: "all" — the default

silently narrows to charges not yet recorded in accounting.

Rules that are not negotiable

1. Preview before every mutation. Never write without explicit approval.

2. One charge links to one VPR, and the amounts must be equal.

3. Two or more charges settling one VPR go through

ccr_propose_vpr_allocations → ccr_approve_vpr_allocations.

4. A PM flag with no receipt coming: ccr_link_project

action=related_no_receipt with a noReceiptReason.

Money at the boundary

Tools speak dollars. Records store integer cents. Never pass cents.

Known gotchas

• Pick the card from the PROJECT's legal entity, never the last batch.

• isVerified on a key is history, not health — check lastFailedAt.

The whole workspace is exposed as Model Context Protocol tools with OAuth, so the assistant your team already uses, Claude, Cursor or Copilot, can read a project, draft a purchase order or reconcile a card statement inside Cooper. Every write goes through a preview step and lands with the actor recorded.

Your own systems attach the other way. A workspace can connect Notion, Slack, Google Drive and Calendar, Xero, HubSpot, Asana, Monday and others, with a shared credential for the company or a personal one per user, and decide who may use each connector.

One GraphQL API serves the web app and the iOS and Android apps. Field crews check in with GPS or BLE, take photos, and log time on the same records the office sees. Cooper Phone and the voice agents run on Twilio and LiveKit with your own voice and transcription keys.
